When we are struggling to feel happy in our relationships it is oftenbecause a need or want that we have is left unmet. Sometimes this canbe due to the fact that our partners are not mind readers and can’tnecessarily know what we want all the time. For some, it can be reallychallenging to ask for what we need or want.
Consider other people you know in your immediate world. Can yourecall times where they have asked for what they wanted and got it?Alternatively are there people in your world you know who will usenegative behaviours to get what they want instead of asking in a waythat promotes health communication?
