Talk to each other. Squeeze in time for an hour each week to have a coffee and listen to each other.

Offer encouragement; it’s likely that both of you lead busy and demanding lives either as a full time care giver, or full time worker, or both!. Find moments in the day to offer encouragement to each other through a text, email or phone call.
