In considering the goals you want to set, either for yourself, or for your family as a whole, consider the following acronym;
Rather than saying, my goal is to be happy, pick something that you know makes you happy. For example, doing a family activity.
Measureable.How will you measure if you are achieving your goal? You might aim to do one family activity a week, on a Sunday, because that’s when you all have the most free time. It is measurable, because at the end of the day on Sunday you will know if you achieved your goal or not.
