With so many things to remember for going back to school, it can be easy to miss something off! Whilst there are plenty of item checklists out there to help you remember, we have a few tips on setting yourself up best for the school year ahead:
- establish your morning schedule before you need to!
- plan in time out sessions for you during the day to keep you refreshed and sustain your energy
- don’t overload yourself. Remember to say “no” to additional commitments and/or drop back your work load for the first week of school until everyone is settled and into their new routines.
